上週與朋友舉行了水餃大會,因為水餃份量計算有誤(水餃太大,卻拼命做足原來預估的個數),剩了太多的水餃只好大家分一分帶回家。今天的午餐就是牛肉湯餃,牛肉湯的部份是本人自煮真材實料的番茄牛肉湯。好吃又好喝。
In the dumpling party last week, friends and I had made far too many dumplings, so each of us had to take lots of dumplings home. Today I made some of the dumplings into 'beef-soup-dumpling' for lunch. The soup was freshly made using stewing beef and tomato. DELICIOUS.
